about Bulk Purchase
Should you're interested to have our glasswork as souvenirs for wedding parties, corporate activities, or to list them in your shops, we are glad to meet you in person to discuss further details.
We love to tailor make glasswork upon customers' requirement, with no constraint of any minimum order quantity. Please contact us for further discussion.
about Payment and Delivery
We will follow up with customers within 24 hours upon receipt of email enquiries. An official quotation and invoice will be issued to customers via email, specifying all the production details. 50% desposit payment will be charged upon order confirmation, and 50% balance upon glasswork pick up, or at least 1 day prior if shipment is required.
Payment can be settled by cash or bank-in to designated bank account for local customers in Hong Kong, or by Paypal for customers ordering from overseas. For overseas shipment, mail and courier service by Hong Kong Post or by international courier is optional upon customers' request, and will be billed accordingly.
